Prize Pick Up FAQs: Covid-19 Edition
I won a gift card and was told it was being mailed but I haven’t received it yet. Was it lost in the mail?
Once we send a prize in the mail through Canada Post we cannot track the envelope. We can tell you the week it was mailed out but we cannot tell you whether or not it was delivered to its destination.
I won money and was told I was going to be getting a cheque but I haven’t received it yet. Why is there such a delay?
Please rest assured we are working as quickly as we can to process all our prize cheques for our winners. Processing times are now 3-6 weeks.
I won concert tickets but heard the concert is postponed. What happens to the tickets I won?
Most, but not all, concerts being postponed are honouring tickets from the original event date. Meaning the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled concert date. However, if you won tickets to a concert that was cancelled then unfortunately your concert tickets are no longer valid. Once we hear from the concert promoter regarding the status of a concert we will notify you. You can also check the update of a concert at https://concerts.livenation.com/eventstatus.
I won a prize before COVID-19 and before your office closed to the public. How can I get my prize now?
You can come pick up your prize Monday to Thursday between 10am to 3pm. You can also request to have the prize mailed to you. Should you choose to have the prize mailed to you, please note that we hold no responsibility for any prizing lost in the mail.
