Simone and her family visit VanDusen Festival of Lights 2022

VanDusen Festival of Lights 2022 kicked off on Friday, November 25 and I had the pleasure of experience the magic of the festival with my family.

It was a little chilly, so it was the perfect opportunity to grab our hot chocolates and walked the more than 15 acres of beautiful lights. In addition to my husband and I really enjoying ourselves, my kids absolutely loved it. It was such a great way to celebrate the start of the season as a family.

We decided to go right at opening, and it was beautiful to see the sun setting, as the lights really came alive when the night sky grew darker. Have your camera handy, because there are so many opportunities to capture great photos and video content. Come along with us as we take it all in…

There are so many great displays and pretty things to see and photograph, but I’d say I was keen on the holiday ornament. Definitely an insta-worthy moment.
