The Vancouver Canadians recently returned to Nat Bailey Stadium after a 963-day hiatus – and let me tell you it feels good to have baseball back in the city!
The Canadians will play three night games (Tuesday-Thursday) and three day games (Friday-Sunday) in their six-game home series in May. This is also what is in store for the season.
- Fortis BC ‘Nooners at The Nat return on Fridays
- Saturdays are Nat-inees
- A&W Family Fun Sundays finish the weekend
- Saturday games will be played at 7:05 p.m. beginning in June, when they will be accompanied by a total of nine postgame fireworks extravaganzas
- Three-foot hot dogs are back, being BBQ’ed nightly on a 40-foot smoker
- The all-new Nutrl porch
I recently attended a Nooner at the Nat with co-workers and also took my son to their Family Fun Sunday and definitely plan to attend many more times this summer.

Daily promotions have grown to include BCLC Play Now Tuesdays, RBC We Care Wednesdays and Throwback Thursdays, when the team will wear special throwback jerseys to honor the franchise’s first season as the Canadians in 1978.
Fans will notice a pair of new policies at The Nat this season as well. All bags must be clear and no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Cashless payments are strongly encouraged throughout the ballpark; a limited number of concession stands will accept multiple forms of payment.
Season tickets, half season plans, NatPacks and single-game tickets are available now. To secure your seats and for more information about the promotional schedule, game times and Nat Bailey Stadium policies, please call (604) 872-5232, stop by the ballpark or visit CanadiansBaseball.com.
