Interior Health is launching an online portal for people to book an appointment for a COVID-19 test.

The health authority says all 23 COVID-19 Community Collection Centres – including the one in Kamloops at 519 Columbia Street, will have the feature up and running by Oct. 30. Currently, only people in Williams Lake, 100 Mile House, and Penticton can book a test online.

“Testing is available for those experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and those who have been sent for testing by their primary care provider or Public Health,” said a statement from IHA.
