Fairmont Pacific Rim patio pop-up
This was around last year, but I never got around to visiting. The featured menu offerings are sure to tantalize your tastebuds.
The hotel’s award-winning culinary team, in partnership with Westbank, will host a handful of featured chefs throughout the season.
Chefs will create a summer dish that will be available for four days on the Pac Rim Patio, and a portion of the proceeds from each featured item purchased will be donated to the BC Hospitality Foundation.

The JW Marriott Parq Vancouver & Veuve Clicquot have partnered for an exlusive Aqua Lounge Experience this Summer.
Exclusive to hotel and spa guests, this summer guests are invited to enjoy champagne sips and patio-inspired bites.
At JW Marriott Parq Vancouver Aqua Lounge x Veuve Clicquot, guests can indulge in a range of Veuve Clicquot champagne offerings, including the classic Yellow Label, rosé, plus vintage selections, as well as three custom cocktails made with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut – the JW French 75, a peach Bellini and the JW Sparkle with strawberry puree.
In addition, Chef Kunal Dighe – the dual property executive chef at JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and the DOUGLAS – has worked with his team to create a delectable food menu to pair with the champagne. Guests can expect a range of delicious options, including BC Little Qualicum Baked Brie, Bordelaise Potato Croquettes, Level-Up Wagyu Burger with foie gras, gruyère cheese, yuzu pickles, truffle sauce, and sesame bun; Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich; and Beyond Bliss Burger with pure plant patty, pickles, lettuce, tomato, avocado wasakaka.

Summer Like An Italian
Few things compare to the allure of an Italian summer – which is why Kitchen Table Restaurants is giving you the chance to experience la dolce vita in your backyard. Now in its second year, the Summer Like An Italian passport program invites locals to indulge in the rituals and vibrant flavours of Italy right here in Vancouver.
