“The map tells us things that we know. That virtually every part of our province has been touched by COVID-19,” said Dr. Bonnie Henry, while releasing the first round of data at the end of August. “Communities large and small and geographically dispersed. But despite this spread, we must continue to find our balance and understand how we can continue to live with COVID-19.”
Ahead of the Thanksgiving long weekend, B.C. reported 119 cases of COVID-19, two of which were in the Interior, for a total of 10,185 cases. In the Interior, 18 cases are active with one person in hospital.
The BCCDC website says this community level data will be updated each month. You can view the entire map here.
