For the past 7 years I have been a committee member on the South Asian Division of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Each year we raise money for miracle weekend and each year I collaborate with a local company to help me. This year I’ve partnered with Green Envy Cosmetics founder Marzena Skowronski and we have created this WILL ALWAYS BLOSSOM rose oil and proceeds of this product go to support the children. What does Green Envy Cosmetics stand for?
Marzena: Green Envy cosmetics are handcrafted in beautiful Vancouver, BC Canada. We are small company ( well, it’s just me).
More about me. I am a makeup artist and skin care specialist working in cosmetic industry for a long time. I began to examine the ingredients in beauty products many years ago. I was surprised to find that most commercial brands contained chemicals that are toxic to our bodies as well as the environment. Yet, I was not convinced that we have to sacrifice our health to achieve beauty. And that’s how the idea of Green Envy Cosmetics started.
I use pure essential oils for their healing properties first, and secondly, to give each item its subtle, fresh scent.
I’m using only high quality ingredients. Only the finest essential oils, not cheap fragrance oils. My products are handcrafted in small batches .

2. Why did we decide to collaborate
Simone: I’ve known Marzena for over 14 years. When I told her I was looking for a product that helps people feel more beautiful all while raising money for a good cause, we came up with this creation. I mix it in with my moisturizer and primer and my skin has never looked better.
