It takes nerves to approach a skunk, especially one that is obviously not happy. Tanya Krasuin of Mission says she’d didn’t even think about that, she just wanted to save this skunk from suffocation after seeing its head was stuck inside a plastic burger king cup. As you’ll see in the video she used a plastic bag as a shield in case the skunk sprayed her and eventually pried the cup off the little guy’s head. Now Tanya has been given Compassionate Action Award by PETA for her heroics. A PETA spokesperson says without Tanya’s help the skunk easily could have suffocated or been hit by a car. Well done Tanya!
